Age UK Wirral hold a FREE weekly group for people with mild or moderate dementia. The Reminder Finders course is a 12-week MSCT programme (Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) aimed at people who have recently received a diagnosis of dementia. Reminder Finders provides a range of stimulating and enjoyable activities, as well as the opportunity to interact socially, have fun and make new friends. Dementia Together Wirral hold a FREE Monthly music group called "NEW MEMORIES" Music & Singing at Serpentine Road Family Church, on the Fourth Tuesday of each month at 2.00pm to 3.45pm. The Iron Maidens is a WI group that meet at the Church on every second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Wednesdays of the month, with the session running from 7.45pm till 9.30pm. We are an all-age group that enjoy crafting and listening to invited speakers on various topics and take part in Church events such as the Summer and Christmas fairs. The aim of the WI is to educate and empower women and we welcome members from all faiths and religions, anyone with a disability or from a minority community, in fact anyone who has an interest in women’s issues, such as equality, feminism, baking, sewing, knitting, crocheting and the list goes on ..........

Iron Maidens

Little Movers are a weekly group for 0-5’s where we dance sing and play. Our classes are full of energy and the positive effects of movement and dance are beneficial for our little ones and grown-ups who join in too. We have repetition work which helps with children’s feelings of comfort and familiarity in class. We then have a weekly theme and have games, dances and activities relevant to that week’s topic. We are a multi award winning franchise and our classes are enjoyed all over the UK.
